We only stayed here one night, Should have booked another night but we already had reservation for the next day at another RV park. The staff was very friendly at check in, The park was very clean and well groomed. The restaurant and pub is closed on Sundays and Mondays and we were here on a Sunday so we weren't able to eat at the restaurant. We did walk around the park to check it out, The little pond was really nice, They even have free fire wood available, Although you are only limited to three logs per night. The other campers were also very nice and friendly. The only reason I'm not rating this park a 10 is because we didn't use the restrooms or showers so I don't know there condition, But as clean as the park was I'm sure the restrooms and showers were just as clean. We did purchase some German sausage from the little store before it closed that evening. I will differently camp here again when in the area.

This is not a RV Resort. So don't let the web site fool you. The camp site are fairly level, But very tight to get into with other campers parking their vehicles in front of unoccupied spots and the trees make getting into our site very difficult. The personal staff were friendly, Although when we checked out the lady in the office told me to exit through the entrance driveway, There was no way I could make the turns around the trees and rocks to exit through the entrance, why she didn't direct me down a little farther to the exit driveway I'll never know. It took me about 10 minutes to find the 30 amp power outlet because it was located under the power box, this was a first that I have seen. There is no cable TV hook up, So to watch any TV you have to use your roof antenna because there are too many trees in the way to use your satellite dish, We could only get two stations. There are train tracks right behind the park and when a train goes by it shakes your rig like a mild earthquake. The fire pits are very close to your rig, If you don't catch your rig on fire you will for sure get smoked out. I will not camp here again.

This is a very nice park with all the amenities right there. The personal staff was very friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi worked great. Our site was all gravel but level. The beach is just a few minutes walk across the street or if you have a 4x4 as we do, you can drive your vehicle right down onto the beach as we did to let our two dogs play. We had a pizza from the Doryland pizza place...Great pizza!! Thought our dogs would have a fit with the bunny rabbits running around, but they were very good about the rabbits. The store prices are a little steep, especially on the beer, so make sure you bring enough to last your stay. The brew pub and grill was another hit right across the street with outdoor seating looking out over the beach. The only reason I didn't give this park a 10 rating is because we didn't use the restrooms or showers so I don't know what condition they are in. Will stay here again when in the area.

We have stayed here a few times before it became a KOA. It is and always has been a very clean and quit RV park, The new management is friendly and helpful, They are much more lenient with the park rules then the old management was. We love taking our dogs down to the beach ( only a 5 min walk ). We bought some fresh live crab from a fishing boat called the "Tina Louise" down at the harbor just behind the RV park, Had a crab feed that night for dinner, This was the best!!! We will be back. We made our reservations for May before we left.
